Picked up some H4831 and on the can it gives data on loading the 25-06
but it says to use REM 9.5 those are mag primers.

Can I use either primers as I was going to use fed 210

H4831 ignites very easily, you will be fine with standard large Rifle primers from any maker out there. Only time you may see an advantage is in sub zero temps but I doubt you would see it with this stick powder.

Just figured it out For them to be mag primers it should say 9 1/2 M not just 9 1/2

Primers do make a difference in accuracy. I have a custom Rem 700 with a Shilen 26" SS #6 barrel 25-06. It was finicky to get it to shoot as well as I thought it should. That is until I started fooling around with different primers. 49 grs IMR 4350, Rem case, BINGO CCI 250 mag primers, 117 Sierra Pro Hunter, 3000 fps and BUG HOLES. :D

Data did not call for mag primers just 9.5 not 9.5 mag

I know what you mean by changing primers .
I have a 338 decide one day to make 4 sets of 4 shots on same target
All the same load ,just changed primers cci, fed 215, Win,rem 9.5 mag.
All the years i shot this gun i could only get a 3 inch group at 100 yards
The rem 9.5 M pulled them in . All 4 shots touching.
not just luck that day ,but everytime I went taget shooting
