Just bought a 243wssm to play with, I haven't found much on the critter other than they wern't very popular with many. Anyone out there having any fun with one?

OH YEA!!!! I am having fun with mine. I use mine for coyotes and fox. I am using the Hornady 58 gr. V-Max with 46 gr. of 4895 pushing it at 3950 fps. .3 MOA AT 100YARDS. I have taken coyote at 704 yds and 902 yds on a red fox.
Grab all the brass you can find as this is one cartridge that will be hard to find brass for in the future. I have a lifetime supply that I bought when I got my rig.
