Only have about 80 rounds down the tube at this point. I have some Hammer hunters I want to try. Looking for insight/experiences. The rifle is a model 307 243win 7.5tw 22"bbl

I've shot 4 deer this year with the 88 hammer hunter out of a 6mm creedmoor and it does a dandy job on them from 30 yards to 460 yards. H4350 would be my powder of choice. I'm getting 3380 fps with 44gr of h4350 in a 28" barrel. Start low and work up with caution.
Load data is available on the hammer bullets website, hammertime forum and this forum as well.

Not exactly what you're asking for but probably close enough for starting load extrapolation.

I have shot 85Gn Barnes TSX @ 3170-3180 from 22" bbls by Kimber, Winchester, Rem, and Savage. 45gn of Ramshot Hunter powder. It's 1gn under book max but it shoots well in everything.

Ramshot Hunter is just a tad slower than H4350 and has given me better velocity. It's a spherical powder that enters very well through a powder measure.

I would think you could start out @ 42-43gn and work up to your goal of 3200fps in 1/2gn increments.

FWIW, In my factory REM 700 in .243 Win with 20 inch barrel, I'm shooting Barnes TSX 85 gr with 47g RL19 at 3050 with good accuracy.
