Dusted off the old girl, and gave her some range time.. I built this rifle a few years ago for a prairie dog hunt, put a few rounds down it, stuck it in the safe, and literally forgot she existed until this week.
Figured I would drag her out and make her feel loved again.
Kicking out 105 hybrids at 3,300 fps.

That particular tone is one of my favourites
Do you recall what kind of walnut it was?
I have an English walnut stock that is very close to that shade
 
No wonder the colour is so unique. Isn't bubinga pretty darn expensive. I've seen it on knife handles but never a stock. Very nice!
 
morning, definitely a work of art. the 243AI, had one
shot 95gr. Vld 4831sc one hole. the 6mm's r good
hog, coyotes and deer killers. GBOT TUM
