.223 Bolt gun purchase

I had a rare Bergara. It was a wonderful gun but I sold it like a dummy.

Do the lightweight Tikkas (not a CTR) shoot great too? I'm done with heavy barreled guns.

I've got a Savage 12FV in 223 that shoots in the .1"s. To look at the barrel with a bore scope, you would be horrified. Can't argue with the results though and it cleans relatively easy.

I have the x-bolt stainless stalker in the .223 and according to the specs on Browning's website it is 1 in 8 twist. I bought five boxes of Hornady Varmint Express ammo with 55 grain V-Max bullets and they shoot fantastic in it so I haven't even tried to reload for it. I can tell you the coyotes don't like the 55 grain V-Max bullets very much.
