Been playing with rl 26 in couple different 22/250s with great results! 75gr vlds really fast and accurate!
It's been my experience that RL26 is pretty stable in mild conditions. I've used it from mid 40s to mid 80s and haven't had issues. My velocity change was around 1/2 FPS per degree. With powder supplies being what they are, and I have an 8 # jug of RL 26, my only problem is temperature. I shoot the 22-250 mostly for squirrels and that's a summer venture. Thoughts? And what twist are your rifles that like 75 bullets?

Won't ask for your exact charge, but is there data out for 22-250 + RL26 + 70-90 gr pills? My brother has 1:8 twist put together and I hadn't even considered RL26, just looking for a starting place.
Sierra has 95gr data with it, i just started at 39grs and worked up. Run it in a 22 creed, and 220 swift also, speer has data for the 70gr for a swift, i also use it in 22/284s works great in all of them!Won't ask for your exact charge, but is there data out for 22-250 + RL26 + 70-90 gr pills? Iv used it with 70gr hammers tops out 3550 in std 22/250. Seems a little slow burning for that light of bullet! 75s and up seems to work better for meI've got most of a box of 500 70gr vlds for my 22-250 AI. If this weather ever calms down, might have to play with it some! Thanks! Got a new 8# of R26.
