A friend of mine convinced me to rebarrel the gun in 260 Rem. It will be a deer gun. I live about a half hour away from Rock Creek barrels. I gave them a call and they are going to make a stainless 5R barrel in 1-8 or 1-9 twist. It will be great to finally have an accurate rifle! Someday I will probally buy another 22-250.
