i got some smk's 168 grn that i want to load for my 7mm wsm. was wondering if anyone else shooting them could tell me what they're loading with and how they are doing with that round

Skip the 168SMKs, the BC is horrible. There are much better bullets such as the 162 Amax, and the 168/180 Berger VLDs.

Here is my 162 AMAX/7WSM load

Win Brass
162 AMAX kissing the lands.
64.5 RL22
Fed 210M
3090FPS, shoots little bug holes.

Try H4831sc with the 168 SMK, Start with 60grs (Should be arround
2750 ft/sec) and work up.

The 168 is a great bullet so dont let the listed SD worry you. some manufactures
still use the old method to calculate BC because it makes there bullet look better
than there competitors. (In The old method the 168 SMK BC was .629).

It realy depends on what your rifle likes.
