Hi,
I have successfully worked up a load for my old Sako AV in 6.5x55 with this projectile.
Lapua Brass, Federal match primers & 46 grains of AR2209(H4350) with an average velocity of 2713FPS. This load is safe in my rifle, but might not be in your rifle.
As always, start low & work up slowly & safely looking out for pressure signs.

In a Barrett Fieldcraft. 49 grs R26 and Fed 210. 2800 fps. Went up to 50 grains and got 2875 or so but groups increased.

A 147 at 2800 will fly a long, long way.

R22, 47 grs, got me 2725 fps and similar accuracy. (Sub MOA) Good Luck and keep us posted.
