    454 Casull data

Thanks fellas.....I received a reply from Cast Performance today. Starting load of 34.0g with max of 36.2g. Max load should push things to slightly over 1900+fps. I've got test loads ready to go....now if this heat and humidity would let up, I might get some trigger time in! Thanks again

    454 Casull data

I'm kinda new so forgive me if asking about a wheel gun is a no-no! I've been trying to find some good data for loading a 265g WFNGC Cast performance bullet with H110 in my Ruger SRH 454 Casull. This will be my first go around with cast bullets and I don't want to mess things up! The...

    who makes 243 AI dies?

I'm pretty sure Jimm is talking about using a standard 243 win. Lee collett die to neck size the 243 AI rounds. I don't have a 243 AI but I've used the standard Lee collett dies for my 22-250 AI and 223 AI.......works like a charm.

Check www.midsouthshooterssupply.com or, you might take a trip over to the 6mmbr site as I recall a set of Redding dies for sale. Another source for Redding dies - www.sinclairintl.com HTH

    22-6mm Rem.

My 22-250 AI is a 26" 8 twist Douglas w/.253" neck. I shoot Win. brass neck turned to a loaded outside diameter of .250". Currently using .002" neck tension via a Redding Type S FL sizer. I don't have my logs in front of me, but I'm pretty sure the average velocity was around 3680 fps using...

    22-6mm Rem.

Wow, thank you sir! That is some very helpful info and I even keep a few of those powders on hand! I'm planning on bedding with Devcon either tonight or tomorrow so hopefully I'll be shooting by next week. Also nice to see someone else has the same max in their 22-250 AI. 43g IMR 4831...

    22-6mm Rem.

Hi Folks, Kind of a new guy here! I will be putting together a 22-6mm Rem in the next week or so. Nothing fancy.....older Savage 110 action, ER Shaw 26" 1:12 twist barrel, slightly modified factory tupperware stock. Bullet of choice will be the 65g Sierra and/or the 55g Nosler BT. My...

    22-250 Ackley Improved - 1:9 twist - 30"

Re: 22-250 Ackley Improved - 1:9 twist - 30\" I'm shooting a Douglas 26" 1:8 twist on a Savage 12. I've been working with the 80g Amax and R-22. Your suspected velocities are realistic, but accuracy may not be attainable. I've had the 80's over 3300 but they don't shoot worth a hoot. I have...
