Look for a down bag with DWR (Durable Water Repellent) treatment on the down. Dri-Doen and Down Tech are two of the best.
Don't believe the BS that the DWR won't last. Face it, we only use 0 .F. or -20 F. down bags a few times each hear so there's very little chance the DWR can wear off in our lifetime of use.
