    I am about to sight in my muzzle loader for IL whitetail. The maximum load is 150gr of pyrodex. Will it be more accurate if I use less like 130gr or 140??

    I have a 300RUM with a 30" Lilja barrel. I want to know what is the most accurate weight for a polymer tip bullet. I know the heavier you go the higher BC you get, but why are match bullets 168grains? Should I just go with a 165grain ballistic tip?

    The mirror was a very stead rest, I was shooting decent groups, for me at least. And I am not sure of the velocity since I do not have a chronograph, but I am guessing 3600fps. My scope is 1/4 it is a Leupold 6.5-20x50 LR
