I ran across this in 300 um brass. Eventually discovered the head was a few thou too large in diameter to fit the bolt face (rem 700). Approx 40 out of a bag of one hundred affected.

I had this problem. Found a granule of powder under the little black tray the pan sits on. Tipped it out, problem fixed for me.

I also have had no reply. The last request for data was an email reply to one they sent me, so it shouldn't have gone to a spam folder. I guess I'll try again.

I have 70 pieces of RP brass with oversize heads that won't fit my bolt face. That's out of a box of 100. I'm hoping turning it down will be simple enough.
