What is the best rifle reloader The rcbs such as the rock chucker supreme kit or the hornady equipment such as the autoprogressive? Someone said dont get the hornady because they are hard to get stuff for.

I am going to be getting into some 600 to 1000 yrd comp. shooting and was looking for some insight on the best scope choice? I know that being able to adjust for elevation is imp. Nightforce seems to have a good reputation but i am unsure of the best model and size. thanks
