i am using lee dies. the ring is about an 1/8 of an inch from the tip. will it cause flight trouble?

i have just started to load some bergers, and i am getting a ring at the tip of the bullet from the seater die. is this a common problem , or do i need differnt seater die? any thoughts, suggestions , or opinions. thanks!!

optics planet store on ebay carries several 30mm rings for the mdl 77mk2 made by leupold.

my 300win mag loves the accu-bonds in 200 gr. .5 inch group at 200 yrds. the two elk it has taken did not . recovered bullets had mushroomed out great!! i will be trying the bergers in my 7mag as soon as the make some more.
