My wife and I live and shoot medium range(up to 500mts) in Australia. We shoot mostly rabbits, foxes, cats, roos, pigs and crows. Would be interested to here from others.

Anyone got any good info on using a 260 Rem for up to 1000 mts compared to a 6.5*284? I believe they group well, how about penetration? We mainly shoot varmint but would like to be able to use one on pig and deer sized targets.gun)
