    SOLD/EXPIRED Selling TimberHawk Killshot

That's my most recent pic, it's only been out twice and I was truck camping. It's clean and pretty much brand new, no wear or dirt on it anywhere. The hydration pack was only used once and I didn't drink from it, just poured it from the nozzle to make coffee @ camp.

    SOLD/EXPIRED Selling TimberHawk Killshot

I'm not getting any interest and I'm getting a bit desperate, so I'm dropping the price to $115+shipping. It's a good deal.

    SOLD/EXPIRED Selling TimberHawk Killshot

I've got a Timberhawk Killshot backpack for sale, it's in excellent shape. I've only had it out twice since I got it. I've had some family issues come up and now I have to sell some of my gear. I'm asking $150+ shipping. I'll try and get some pictures up tomorrow after work.

SOLD/EXPIRED Trading/selling my motard with dirt set up

KLR's are really popular and nice bikes. They are a bit heavier than the DRZ. This one was really perfect because it has adjustable suspension so when I load on an extra bit of weight I can compensate for it. I mainly Hog hunt and I like to shoot 80-110lb. piggies. I can load it all on the bike...

SOLD/EXPIRED Trading/selling my motard with dirt set up

I hunt off the bike a lot, I picked up one of TimberHawk killshot bags and it works fantastic. Before that I just strapped a bag across the tail section like in the pictures and my gun went inside. I have it posted up on other more transportation oriented sites, but I figured someone here might...

SOLD/EXPIRED Trading/selling my motard with dirt set up

I have a very nice '07 DRZ 400SM with street wheels, dirt wheels, a 5 gallon IMS desert tank and the stock tank. The bike is 100% stock (except for the desert tank) and has been well maintained with regular oil changes, a brand new master link chain and a new battery. It has around 10500 miles...

    Looking for a GPS

I have a GPSmap 76CX and I love it. I think it's been discontinued now, but it's a color model with decent battery life and more than enough features for me. I have a cradle on my motorcycle that it fits into and it never gives me issues. I can and do operate with gloves on while riding. It's...

Looking for a compact multi day pack to ride with

Hey guys, I've been searching for a few weeks now for a replacement bag. I've been using a Wenger Maxxum for almost 11 years as a day pack and for a few overnight trips. My bag is finally falling apart (literally) and I need a new one. There are a few caveats as to what I'm looking for. I...

    Choice in Knives ?

I like Buck's personally. I've only had 4 knives for hunting my entire life, all have been bucks and I still have all of them, but 2 are so well worn I don't use them any more. All but one were gifts though. To each their own, but I've always been happy with the quality of Buck knives.

    Choice in Knives ?

I know this thread is old, but I just ordered one of the orange Havalon Piranta's to compliment my folding and straight blade buck knives. In 20 years of hunting this is the first knife I've ever bought that wasn't a buck. I'm looking forward to seeeing how it performs.

How much Energy is needed to take an hog ?

I grew up hunting off a boat on the Ocmulgee river in Georgia for hogs. We used to just drift down with the current early in the morning and pop them with a .22 behind the ear or behind and below the shoulder. The biggest Hog I've ever killed with a .22 was about 210 lbs and was shot behind and...

    Hey all!

Once again, thanks for the advice. It really helps. I've been a member of several forums that didn't appreciate newbie questions, but you have to start somewhere. I'm making a list out of your recommendations and I'll shift my priorities a bit to include the Chrono/weather station sooner...

    hunting at noon

I used to hunt pretty much all day, from around 6:00 am with a break at 10 or 11 for some grub to right around sun down. I tend to hunt on foot and stalk my prey to within 200 yards. I find that during midday animals tend to move a bit slower as well. They prefer to make their crossing just...
