    Long range calibre for big game ?

    Hi What's a good flat shooting long range calibre that I can use out past 500m for deer and north american game and will still be capable (and legal) in Africa for the big thick skinned game. I wont be shooting lion, or hippos or anything like that but definitely buffalo. Thanks

    Hi. Thanks for the kind words. Actually I spent much of my time working closely with the US Navy and a bit with the Air Force. Anyway, that was a different life :) Your location shows as Belgium. Not too far from there to UK for hunting Cheers
