Ever think about re-barreling with about a 1/6" twist and shooting the 90 gr VLD's out of a 22-250? This is something that I've been interested in for a while now. My other choice would be something in a 6.5mm, such as a .260 Rem.

I had very good results with: 168 gr. Sierra Matchkings, 42 gr. Ramshot TAC, Lake City Brass, and WLR primers. This powder burns exceptionally clean, with hardly any black on the brass. With a solid rest I was getting .5 MOA accuracy. Worked great in highpower matches also.
