Did not get a chance to test the rangefinder but shot with bc out to 700. It is spot on with my Kestrel. I am one happy camper!

Spent a weekend hunting with them, definitely better ergonomics. Only hit the "wrong" button once. Didn't range anything past 700 yards (hunting on the coast), but ranging is as expected at par with my previous model Geovids. Easy to read, fast return. A much tighter fit in my Badlands bino...

Very little time to play with my new Leica's but I am starting to use them. Spent some time at the range last weekend, quality as good as my HD's and love the fact that I can switch metric to imperial. Well thought out controls, takes a minute to get familiarized with and becomes second nature...

Same as they were at the show - glad I didn't jump the gun yo buy Swarovski when they first came out.I have not spend time at the range yet, but it is in order in the next two weeks.

I am one of the lucky people who had a tracking number in the email from Eric. We bought them at SCI. Can't wait till Tue. Tried both these and svaro's (been using Geovid's for a while) and had no reservations. In fact, my buddy who bought a pair as well owns Svaro's too, he felt the same way.

Hmm...as far as books go, I'll give you a list below;) Now for gear lists, any reputable oufitter's website will have a list. As far as big ticket items, yours are probably going to be in optics, scope, bino's/range finder and spotting scope. Buy the best you can afford. Here is your list:)...

I am saying that my scope adjusts in 1/5" per click. Given that 1" is roughly 1MOA at 100 yards you are correct. S&B Precision Hunter 4-16x50. If I can't make this scope work, I'll get another one

Well, I am not sure I have any other options. My scope only does 1/5" and that's all the info I can get. If you have a suggestion it is very welcome:)

Does anyone know if it is possible to translate inches into mils, e.g my scope's click value is given in 1/5" but my ballistic calculator allows me to put in moa, smoa or xmils. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Need to buy at least a box. Over retail is fine. Need it for my load for upcoming hunt and have had zero luck finding them. Any pointers on where to locate a box are much appreciated. Help!
