How do you all shoot a XP-100 with rifle scopes and keep from cracking your head open ?

opps i for got to say what i was going to use the XP on . White Tails and Mulies

4 T/C and 1 XP-100 pistols with 3 burris and 1 leupold and 1 T/C scope

A XP-100 7mm-08 with a 4-12 burris with ballistic plex cross hairs and useing the 130 gr. SPT sierra @ 2800 fps.

Thanks S.Ferg for your reply to my post . There was no problem with the gun or the 7 loads i tried with a hornady 190 spbt . Even though i was loading to the max to see what i could get out of it . I was able to get 5 -6 loadings out of the cases which is not to bad .One of the loads i tried...

Is there a way to temper a soft case to a harder case in its head section . To cut down on how quick a primer pocket loos'ens up in a 30-378 weatherby .And yes i know what most would said what to do is cut back on the pressure . But even once fired factory loads seem to be just a wee bit...

a 8 point buck at 1031 yrds with a 257 STW 100 gr. nbt with a 3x9 shepperd scope

I had a 30-378 made out of weatherby custom shop a few years back with a 34" SS fluted Krieger barrel. with a 1/10 twist. I clocked the 180 TSX factorys @ 3600 fps and the 165 ballistic tips @ 3800 fps.

I'll have to go a long with POP on the 378 wby. i have one of roys 378 before he made his own action and the frist time i shot it off the bench i made the mistake of not having enough cheek pressure on the stock. And boy was that a big mistake Darn i thought MIKE TYSON done sucker punch me .

I have a cooper in a 220 swift one of the best over the counter rifle i have use. I think you cant hardly go wrong with one .I wish my pocket book could stand it so i could buy a few more of them . All the ones i have seen have been shooters .I would recommened one of them highly. You may bet...

OPPSSS i i stated the wrong groupe size on the 22-250 that should of been center to center not out to out

had a kember in the 223 but did not shoot as good as i would of liked it to so i trade it in on the cooper 220 swift. Not knocking kember because you can get a so so one in any thing.
