    6.5 Creedmoor load data

You are right, Steele does not have much but he said he had gotten a bunch of Reloader powder-I bought 19 and 22 for my 280ai-working on loads with 22 so I thought I would try 19 also. Could not get beans out of the H4350 with it, but the 22 is promising.

    6.5 Creedmoor load data

Old Dominion Sports Center on 2828 Valley Ave, Winchester VA 540-667-4867 has or had over the weekend H-4350 and I think 4895 and some other stuff-I would call first before making a trip. Steele Reloaders at 694 N. Loudoun St, Winchester, 540-535-1212 has reloader 19 and 22 and maybe others...

    6.5 Creedmoor load data

Looks like you got H4350, but if you are still looking for some, the sporting goods store in Winchester has it or did on Sat. Limit 1#/person/day so take a friend or two if you go. H

    Powders for 280AI w/ 140 gr bullets

Thanks for the comments. Been trying to not add reloader to my powder stash, but keep hearing good things about it. Would really be nice to go to a store that sold reloading supplies and see powder for sale. Did manage to make a call on a whim today and get more H4350 which was nice.

    Powders for 280AI w/ 140 gr bullets

Working on loads for my 280AI on a ruger 1 action. Have had good success with H4350 and 140 gr Sierra Prohunters-touching at 200 if I work at it and we are still under 200rds through the barrel-27" length. Unfortunately, not so impressed with the Barnes 140 TSX so far-not near as accurate as...

    243 to 7mm-08???

thats what I do when I can't get brass. Noticed that Brownells has 280 ackley brass now so probably should get another 50 pcs. When you shoot singles it goes far. I intend to hit and kill with first shot. LOL.

    243 to 7mm-08???

Not until it ships. I had a 280 ackley trim die ordered in March-reddings fault for not making and shipping to midway until Sept. I have the die and am using it but don't think I have been charged yet. Balistics does not have the brass, looked after I mentioned that to you.

    243 to 7mm-08???

If you go ahead and backorder it at Midway, I can't believe you won't get it within 3 mons. Also found stuff not available elsewhere at ballistic products.

    243 to 7mm-08???

I agree with NTH-if you shot your 243 the least bit hot or just a lot, that brass flows like crazy so your walls would have to be thinner than original. I never had any trouble getting 7-08 brass but have not tried lately. Just got 280 ackley brass recently.

280 Ackley Imp with Barnes TSX

Yes, shooting just off the lands-gets me to mid point between ring one and two on the bullet-seated on the full width just below the first ring so one ring of the bullet is showing. Can't imagine that the 140 and 150 look that much different but I have not seen the 150. Did shoot 54 gr of...
