Called Talley and they said standard Remington 700 rings and bases but with larger 8-40 screws. Excellent customer service.

Neither are my rifle but my rifle has the same action as these so I thought I would include pictures. The rifle I purchased does not have bases or rings that came with it so I need to know either the action make/model to search valley's website or need talley base/ring models that will fit this.

I recently purchased a like new Bansner Ultimate Ovis in 300 wsm. I cannot seem to find by research what action Bansners built this gun on. Certainly does not look like a remington 700 or Winchester model 70 but rather a custom action. Does anyone know what action this is and which Talley rings...

I would recommend removing the pressure point first to float the barrel before fully bedding... It is a lot easier to add a pessure point than remove the full length bedding compound if this does not help accuracy at all... I would even consider bedding the action and removing the pressure...

Both of the quartering away shots took out the opposite shoulder, complete pass throughs with a nice 2" exit hold. I believe that the bullet stayed together. I just think it was the bullet entering the skin at an angle resulted in a "tear" hole... Broadside shots had a 1" entrance and 2" exit...

Remington Ti in 270 wsm. Talley one piece rings with a swaro 4-12x40 or leupold 3.5-10. Floated, bedded, trigger lightened to 2.5 lbs. Otherwise, an HS precision sporter lightweight with all of the above.

Yea, 82.0 grains is shooting fairly nicely out of mine. I was guessing around 3200 fps.
