Guys I must admit that I am new to re-loading. I plan to tinker with some 338 RUM loads. I doubt I will load a 100 rounds a year. I want a good yet not too expensive set up. Any suggestions would be appreciated?

I am really set on a 4x16. I want a power low enough to hunt in the woods and also high enough to take to Kansas.
