Out of a 16 inch barrel? and what was the pressure from a lab?

Except if you necked a 6.8 Creedmoor up to 277 and put it in a 16 inch barrel you would not get close to 2900 FPS safely . The steel base and stronger action allows pressures to be ran up to maybe 100,000 PSI safely. I am just guessing on the pressure we will have to wait for the official release.

This cartridge is more exciting that you even know! I remember when I was a kid seeing a cartridge design similar to this that Dick Casull made. It used the steel base on the case along with a stronger action design to run up pressure safely so you can get more velocity with less powder...

I have a Nightforce scope for sale that was made for Gunwerks, it has the capped windage turret and the Gunwerks reticle that is a BDC set up for 12 power. It does have some scratches, but the lenses are in great shape. I am asking $1650 shipped.

Something to think about if the HPA passes is that Suppressor demand could go through the roof. So you could wait for it to pass and become law which may take a year or two just to wait a long time to even get one because of demand, all to save $200, or pay a premium because they can't make them...

I really like articles like this, instead of ones about some new fancy expensive piece of gear. It is stuff like this that fills tags, even if all the rifle you can afford is a $300 Ruger American.

I thought I read somewhere that the Sig Kilo gave the shoot to angle along with the shoot to range? At longer distances the shoot to range that is calculated with simple trig can be off by a lot compared to calculating it with the angle in a ballistics calculator. I was doing this calculation...
