    Post brass cleaning?

This home made tumbler can hold 300/400 06 or magnum size cases at a time. BUT, don't mix large & small cases in the same batch or you will spend hours getting them separated.

    6.5 x 68s

Thanks ST for the reply. Yes both my 30 x 68 & 7 x 68 which were built on the 8 x 68s use a 35* shoulder and a minimum case taper. I'll continue to search around and surely get in touch with Dave Tooley.

Thanks, you were spot on. That link answered a lot of questions. I knew converting 8 mag would work but not sure how the brass will shoot & function. You mentioned other brass will work. Which ones?

Price was in my budget range but before I pulled the trigger (no pun intended) I thought I would check for available unp. brass. None to be found from Horn or Nosler...

Throat length Sako/Shilen/McMillan way long? 100 not 199

At 80 I'm far from an expert but I have found over the years reloading and setting the bullet close to the lands has made an improvement in my groups. But, as they say "opinions are like #$%@&%& we all have one".
