Howdy, First post, so bare with me. So I started shooting long range about six months ago. Went out and bought what I could with the money, a Howa 1500 .308 with a 20 MOA rail and a NikkoStirling 4-16x44 Targetmaster Scope. The scope works but I can only get about 21.5 MOA out of the turrets...
