New build list?!?

Hey guys just wanted to throw my build list out there and get some input on what you thought.
1) Upper is a flat top DPMS 223
DPMS AR-15 Lo-Pro Flat-Top Upper Assembly 5.56x45mm NATO 1 9 Twist 16

2) lower is a new frontier
LW-15 Complete Polymer Lower [LW-15 Complete (Standard)] - $119.00 : New Frontier Armory - Firearm Sales, Transfers, Ammunition, Gear and More!

3) a vented free float handguard.
AR-15 Vented Free Float Tube Mid-Length

4) DPMS pistol grip with palm shelf

5) Magpul PRS stock.

Should be able to get all of this for under $900.
Does anyone forsee any problems with this plan?!?!

One "problem" there MIGHT be, is that you're putting a midlength free float tube on a barrel with a carbine length gas block. That may not cut the mustard unless you change it to a low profile gas block, or shave it down to clear the tube. Most gas blocks that have a picitinny rail for a front sight...won't clear a standard tube.
To make things easiest, you can just look for a carbine length tube.
I would personally modify or change out my gas block before dropping down to a carbine length tube, simply because I prefer to have my gas block covered by my hand guard, but that's personal preference really.
My reasoning is to get my bipod farther out for a more stable shooting platform, but that may not matter to you.
If you do consider the lower profile gas block, then I would look at a rifle length tube, as it will give you even more room.

Secondly...
Your NFA Complete lower for $120 is overpriced for what you're getting. Especially if you're planning to ditch that stock. I know there are more than a few places that sell that exact same unit for less than $120, with free shipping.
If you're going to go with a rifle length stock (the PRS) on your lower that's set up with a carbine stock/tube/spring and buffer.... you're going to have to at least buy a new tube to make it work anyway.
You're better off buying a lower and parts kit, and completing it yourself with the parts that you want from the beginning. Otherwise you're going to end up spending money on parts your going to be replacing right away, and that doesn't make a lot of sense when you're working with a budget.
I realize it's easier to just buy something complete, but that's not where you're going to save money.

Third...
The DPMS pistol grip with the palm shelf is a really really crummy (to put it nicely) version of the Ergo Deluxe with the palm shelf. The DPMS is a hard plastic that I would never suggest to anyone, given the availability of the much superior option of the Ergo. Given the option between the two, I would value the Ergo at 4x the price of the DPMS model.
That being said..most people don't need or even want the palm shelf unless it's for a precision long gun...which yours isn't.

Wow that was exactly what I was looking for! So would the carbine length match up right to that gas block? And is there a decently prices full rifle length lower!?!

Well if you're dead set on the NFA lower, (and I would assume the price is the only reason) I would look at this one.
It's got everything you need except the buffer, the tube, the spring and the stock.

This way you can get your PRS, and any correct buffer, tube, spring that you want to complete it.
And yes, if you get a carbine free float tube...it will end right where your gas block starts.
