Hello everyone, :)

Very interesting site. There are a lot of useful information either for beginners or professionals.

I hunt in Tyan Shan mountains on Siberian ibexes and elks - marals. My mountain rifle is Rem 700 XCRII in 300 WM, scope - Nightforce NXS 5,5-22x56 MOAR. Now I am learning how to shoot long.

Recently I have restocked it into Hogue with aluminum block bedding. Now the accuracy is less than a MOA with fabric ammo.

Before Nightforce I had a Leupold Mark4 6,5-20x50 LR/T, TMR, M1. It was good scope but I did not like that the reticle and clicks in different units - moa and mills.

If someone is interested in hunting in Kazakhstan please do not hesitate to ask.

Hi Panchik. Welcome to the forum. Lots of great info on Long Range Hunting. I have hunted in your neighbor, Kyrgyzstan. Never had the pleasure to hunt Kazakhstan. Would love to sometime. Love the Ibex that you have over there. Challenging to hunt. Great eyes and rough country. The Maral are a special animal too. Very much like our Rocky Mountain elk. Please join in here and good hunting. Bruce

Hi Bruce, many thanks for warm words.
Kyrgyzstan is very good for hunting on Ibex and Marko Polo. We have Marko Polo as well but now this hunting is prohibited.
Have a nice hunting and lots of successful long range shots.
Dima
