just playing, horrid is kinda strong but im in california against my will lol (usaf).
im just trying to find a place to do what i love to dogun)anyone from
california with advice is greatly appreciated, oh and ill hunt anything prairy poodles to raindeer

Wild pigs are the best, most abundant hunting opportunity in CA - and a pretty good hunt. Blacktail deer are a tough hunt, especially on public land, but can be found if you work hard enough.

I was out in the Bakersfield area a few weeks ago and there were squirrels everywhere! That's what I'd be out shooting if I were stuck there.

Also, between Barstow and Tehachapi we saw 8 coyotes. I'm sure most of the land is through that stretch is impossible to hunt with the Air Force base out there, but I would have loved to make a couple of coyote stands along that stretch.

Yea got a chance to talk to a couple guys about going turkey hunting,
But i would love to go after some ground squirrels
