If you haven't already contacted BAT to ask for their suggestions, I suggest you call. There are L and M actions on Brunos and elsewhere (?) and BAT may be able to "just" provide the bolt (direct) in a time frame you can live with. Then you "just" sell the bolt from the action you bought. BAT has told me you don't even need to ship them an action to get an additional bolt.
