Leupold Proper Torque?

I am putting on a leupold mark 4 1 piece base onto my remington 700 sendero 7mm rum. what is the proper torque for the screws?

Do a search on "Torque Recomendations" and you will find all of the proper torque settings
for everything related to firearms.

I use 30 inch lbs on all 1 piece steel bases. If the screws are little shorter than I like with less thread engagement I go 25 inch lbs.
