This is the picture that was sent to me back in January. Legit kill or not, I'm sure that the Michigan DNR is going to prosecute him somehow, someway just because that if what they do. And you wonder why most hunters hate the DNR.

All I'm going to say is "I see coyotes everywhere and they seem to be feeding the buzzards "I have to say, in all honesty, I probably would have shot it too. He was hunting an area that "supposedly" had no wolves, so why would he question it?
In the heat of the moment, most are not going to really give it that much thought- especially since "there are no wolves here."
