I hit 3500 fps with RL26, so you're leaving a bunch on the table. I never hit pressure, either. This was my first attempt with Hammer bullets about 4-5 years ago and I got nervous once I crossed over the 3500 threshold. It shot so well, that I didn't go back and tinker to see how hard I could have pushed it.Rem 700 DBM factory rifle, 24" BBL, 143 hammer hunter, 79.5gr R26, Fed215 in Hornady brass. Chrono at 3250fps. 100yds after a thorough cleaning. Am I leaving anything on the table or just run it?
