Nikon optics reticles

I am very interested in the nikons for a varmint /mid range hunting scope. I just am NOT sure I like what they offer for reticles and would like to know does anybody offer conversions for them?
I am looking at the 4-16x monarchs

In the Monarch 4-16x42, the reticles available are the Nikoplex, Mil dot and BDC.

I don't care for the BDC. Don't like the circles. The other two are fine. I don't know of a conversion.

Look at the Buckmasters 4x14x40 or the 6x18x40 both have side focus and the Nikoplex
is nice and fine so it doesent block out to much of the target/animal.

They also make these in a 50mm objective, and the 6x18 has target turrents.
