I am getting ready to do a few hundred pieces of brass prep and want to make sure I'm doing everything in the correct order. This is my first time doing full on brass prep before it's always been new brass.
7mm rem mag
Nosler brass (one shot)
I don't own a anneal

1)lube Cases
2)Deprime / resize Cases
3)Sonic clean case
4)dry cases
5)trim brass
6)throw brass in case tumbler with corn cob media
7)prime case
8)charge case
9)seat bullet

let me know if I should do anything in a different order or add another step to the process. Thank you.

Chamfer inside and out after trim

1. de-prime (in a universal de-priming die)
2. clean, ultra-sonic or tumble
3. dry
4. re-size
5. trim
6. chamfer/ de-bur
7. anneal
8. polish
9. uniform primer pocket (and make sure nothing is in flash hole)
10. load....
Nosler brass has the flash holes cleaned from factory, so no need to do that.

My steps are:
1. Tumble with primers in
2. Anneal
3. Decap and size
4. Uniform case mouths with expander mandrel
5. Trim, Chamfer, Debur
6. Tumble 1 hour
7. Clean primer pockets, polish
8. Check concentricity
9. Prime
10. Charge and seat bullet
11. Check overall concentricity
12. Label and make notes

If you get a handle held propane torch for 1. a small cake pan for 2. Put water in it for 3. Place the case in the water standing up for 4. Leaving the shoulder above the water 5. Heat each case up to a light orange color and push the case over in the pan of water. On your De-priming the case get a none sizing die and decapper Just to nock out the primer only. If the cases once fired are from the rifle you are going to the reload with. You don't have to full length the cases this time. It's fairly simple. So other my want to give to finer points to annealing. Look around on the internet there additional info on annealing case. There other steps that can be applied. You will get the hang of it. At the same time you will add life to the cases.
