Zeriing the Windage

[new to hunting]

How do i Zero the windage and BDC on my new Rifleman FX-II and do not know how to calibrate and zero my scope so that i can further adjust it in the field. I am also interested in how to calculate all the BD and Windage if anybody could help with that i would greatly appreciate it.
