My take on yoga. It is the one type of exercise I dread and hate doing! That being said it is also the one exercise I feel by far the best when done with a session! The wife and I try and do yoga together(😉) and that helps my motivation. If I could only handle doing it a few times a week it would majorly help bulletproof my body. With all the issues my Body has had it needs yoga. Hope to start it up again Soon!

I've been saying I would commit to yoga for quite some time now. I suppose when my feet go to sleep while on the toilet, it's time...
Yeah, me too. Especially when you’ve gotten to the point where you sit down to pee! In general, I’m about as flexible as a titanium rod and cramp up a lot. It may be time to put on some yoga pants...

Boy it does. My low back is not well after riding on the water harley in my avatar. I do Pilates twice a week and a boot camp twice a week. I don't go to the MD as much and feel a heck of a lot better

If you guys are anything like me you will think you are too manly to do yoga. I was having some serious lower back and hip pain and hate going to the doctor so I thought I’d give it a shot. After doing it 3-5 days a week for one month I have to say I feel like a whole new man. It’s honestly amazing the difference, just feel better in almost every way. Does anyone else do this as a part of their fitness routine?
I also do yoga.
Recently having some knee issues stopped running .
Yoga is helping especially after a full day of hiking
