XP-100 rifle or pistol?

I have a Remington XP-100 with the original Zytel stock. It came as a 7mm BR and I had it re-chambered to 7mm-08.

I am looking to buy a single shot rifle action for a build.
I probably have shot it about 75 times and was wondering if it makes sense to sell it as is or to remove the barrel and build the single shot rifle with this action. It also has a Redfield 2-6x long eye relief scope on it.

Any thoughts?

it's what you value

If you see no value to you're self leaving the xp as is and using it, the action makes a very good starting point for a single shot rifle. seen it done many times.
