Foxtrot mike 9mm upper, 10.5" barrel, side charging factory upper, new unfired. Fm-9 monolithic upper with fm muzzle brake. No original box, no sights, few wear marks from being attached to lower.

You can but I think you would need some type of mag well adapter for 9mm mags. I bought it for a dedicated ar15 lower that only uses glock mags. But companies make hlick mag adapters for normal ar15 lowers
