Excellent shape, a little of the finish where a strap connects has worn. AMAZING OPTICS. Perfect size and power for an all-around. 8x is plenty of mag, but not too much where you can see shaking. 33mm lets in plenty of light and gives up VERY little to the bigger optics, but make these lightweight to carry.
