WTS: A New NEAR Mfg picatinny rail will fit Winchester 70 or FN-SPR SA receiver.

As used by U.S. Navy and Army Special Ops with integral recoil shoulder and built to Mil Std 1913 specs.

Custom base with 20 MOA elevation slope.

CNC Machined from HTSR Stainless Steel and then finished in Robar NP3 Plus.

Cost $175 before NP3 Plus finish.
