Duplex reticle. Matte finish. Has butler creek flip caps. The scuffs are only in the coating and not in the metal. Would be hard pressed to see any ring/mounting discoloration. Have to have the light conditions just right to see the blemishes very well. I tried to show them to the best of my ability. Glass is clear to my eye. No box. Have the mounting hardware it was set in off a Rem 700 SA. $375 shipped.
