Both pair are 10.5 D US. Scarpas are a lighter more flexible boot than the La Sportivas. Scarpas are more worn but still in great shape. La Sportivas are more rigid for talus etc. One step flimsier than plastic Koflacs. La Sportivas were worn on only two goat hunts. These are D width so Hobbits need not apply. ha Price is great even to try a new style/stiffness. I am 49 and have just finished my last backpack goat hunt. 75. for the La Sportiva and 50. for the Scarpas plus actual shipping.
