As new in box, 19 rnds fired. Not yet broken in, still seemed to meet the 1 MOA guarantee. Synthetic/blue, comes with Leupold bases and 1" rings. The rifle is great, I'm trying to reduce my inventory to .308, 30-06 and 338WM.
