i have a BERGARRA 26" stainless, 1-10 twist, varmint contour, unfired, in box. This is the pre threaded/chambered model that head spaces like the savage (with a nut) I have used several of these to build rifles, they are excellent shooters. Not going to build another .223 so will sell for $300.00 shipped to you.

Thanks for the reply but I need a lightweight barrel for an M7 (or M700) to use as a fox gun for a disabled relative that can be easily maneuvered in a vehicle also, I need to keep cost down as I'm doing this as a favor to him. A take-off in good shape would be more of what I'm looking for.

Would that be a M7 or M700 and is it a sporter (lightweight) contour? Also, could you provide pictures?

It came off a 700 sporter contour. I just went to the shop to check it out. Seems I cut it to 18 1/2" and crowned 11 degree. Was 24" I was going to make a light hog gun but sold the action.
