Update going to be a hair more picky.

Rifle needs to have:

.300 RUM
27-30" 1:10 twist Bartlein, Krieger, Brux barrel w/brake
Custom action (Prefer Stiller Tac 300) or fully trued & printed 700 action
AICS AT 2.0 chassis or Manners T5A w/mini chasis
DBM

If anyone has the major components (Stock, action, barrel) I'd be very interested in buying these and building a rifle with my local smith.
