WTB a 7mm

Before I pull the trigger on a custom build I figured I would look to see what my used options are.

I am looking for:

1. 1/2MOA or better.
2. 8lbs or less (really want this to be 10lbs or less all up)
3. Something in the 7mm cal. (Pref on 7 mag)

I wold like to shoot the 180 or 195 Bergers so an 8.5 twist would be great but not a must.

looking to keep it under $4000.00

Its funny but that is very close to the rifle I am about to build other than I was doing a Defiance Action and McMillen Game Warden(Edge)
