Anyone have a Mark V or a semi custom 30-378? Don't want to spend more then 1200-1300

I have a Weatherby Mark V Accumark in 30-378. I will part with. This gun has 20 rounds shot through it, just for breaking in the barrel. It has a Near manufacturing base and ring combo, 30mm on it, the base was $250 alone. The gun is like brand new. I will let it go for $1300, plus shipping and I will split the shipping.

is it the 27 degree moa rail?. if it is, i'll give you 100 for the base and rings. I assume it will fit my stainless steel mark v?
