Witch night force scope to buy for .308

I am confused by all the options. I want to scope a Bolt rifle in .308 Win. 20 " bbl Remington tactical. I want to TRY to shoot a max of 800 yards or so. Hunt deer size game and target work. I know that is a tall order to fill in one rifle but I cant afford 2 guns right now so I will have to start with this one for now. Bring on the opinions............Jim

I would go with the 3-15X50 NPR-1 MOA/MOA zero stop.gun) You cant go wrong, its a great scope. Bill Maylor..

I had a 5.5-22X by 56mm NXS on my .308 for several years...now I've switched to a Premier Heritage 5-25X. For my needs...I chose the NP-R2 reticle. Guess it all depends on how close your game is....I found my 5.5-22X to be very flexible for my shooting in the wide open spaces of Montana.

I think either the 3-15X or 5.5-22x NXS would fit your needs.
